Identity and scope
Work is bound to exact repositories, branches, candidates, stories, workspaces, tools, and policies. Ambiguous or stale identity should stop rather than silently continue.
Enterprise assurance
IncrementPilot is designed to make AI-assisted delivery reviewable at the same boundaries enterprises already care about: repository identity, scope, execution authority, independent review, validation evidence, and release control.
Work is bound to exact repositories, branches, candidates, stories, workspaces, tools, and policies. Ambiguous or stale identity should stop rather than silently continue.
Controlled runners, validation actions, tool policy, and candidate-bound receipts create a durable record of what actually executed.
Code review, QA, integration, security, diff evaluation, and application qualification are separated from the implementation role.
Missing evidence, policy mismatch, unresolved findings, stale qualification, or an invalid candidate can prevent delivery rather than being treated as a soft warning.
The product is designed to integrate with customer repositories, runners, model providers, secrets, and release controls without requiring one opaque execution environment.
Capability qualification can be exercised across repository shapes, requirements, reviewer conflict, remediation, security, replay, and blind end-to-end delivery scenarios.
It does not present customer logos, invented success metrics, or unsupported certification claims. Enterprise evidence should come from the actual qualification records, deployment boundaries, and governed delivery receipts produced by the system.
Product model & evidence
IP retains planning, dependencies, versioned implementation personas, work coordination, approvals, and the delivery record. Approved coding resources perform repository implementation and corrective work.
IP resolves the submitted commit itself, checks ancestry and scope drift, and independently reviews and validates the candidate. Worker test results and “safe to merge” statements remain reported claims.
Interactive assignment rules are not a guaranteed sandbox. Organization controls govern execution eligibility and data egress; product verification evaluates the submitted result. People retain acceptance and release authority.

The shared architecture provides for federation, capability discovery, organization policy, entitlements, aggregate usage, audit, and STOP. Availability follows each deployment’s qualified capabilities.
Installing a companion product does not transfer its authority or automatically create a release gate. Additional cross-product requirements must come from explicit organization policy.
